Giuliani says Mueller probe ‘rigged,’ focusing on things that didn’t happen
Rudy Giuliani, the president Trump’s attorney, said on Sunday that the marked counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation on the Russia collusion is rigged and the one who investigates the situation is just working on things which didn’t happen.
Giuliani said that “let’s get the fact straight, and let’s get this done”.
He also added that the enquiry is centering on things that didn’t happened.
He stated that “you’ve got a focus of no Russia collusion, so obstruction of justice”.
Trump critics say the president blocked justice by dismissing FBI director james comey.
Trump discharged Comey in May 2017 by saying he’s lost his confidence in Comey’s capacity to manage FBI covering how he coped with the federal investigation into Hillary Clinon’s use of personal email servers while secretary of state.
However, it was also sad for president Trump that Comey would not say to the public that he was not concentrating on the Russia investigation, a disagreement Giuliani has made recently.
Giuliani added “this is rigged, you’ve got 13 Democrats, no collusion” and “the president is not going to fire anybody because that would him look like a victim.”
Giuliani also showed that the previous administration should have told Trump that it was looking at Russia meddling during the 2016 competition and was surveilling this campaign.’
